Byzas Research Limited began trading as Deeside Food Services Limited Liability Partnership. The Deeside Food Services journey began in July 2002. Incorporated by two partners from very different backgrounds, the company set out to bring together technology and food testing services. Phil, having worked in the IT sector for 5 years had a technical background. Abi had experience in sensory analysis and food product evaluation in laboratory, retail and manufacturing.
2002 - The first Deeside Food Services site was an industrial unit on the docks in Deeside; a light open space, with the flexibility to develop. Deeside Food Services launched providing cooking guideline testing and sensory / consumer research. |
