Cooking Guideline Validation

Research indicates that consumers rely on accurate and reliable cooking guidelines, with a significant majority of consumers either always or sometimes using this information. Many retailer and brand policies specify testing requirements for due diligence, and to ensure that the consumers experience the product at its best.

Our validation service is a great independent final check for customers, with either an existing instruction or one they have generated in house, that needs an independent check that both thermal and quality requirements are achieved. All of our validation offerings include pre cook photographs, post cook photographs, pre and post cook weights and organoleptic comments. Many retailer policies specify requirements for these and we don't believe in hidden extras.
